Service man professional friendly explained everything in detail
Wow, what a pleasant surprise I just experienced. On a previous visit, Sweet Life Heating and Cooling made an electrical repair to my heat pump air handler. My unit was on its last leg at 19 years old, and I was just "milking" the last bit of service out of it. Like anyone, I was trying to save a buck.
Well, as fate would have it, about a week later, the unit quit once again. The same technician came out again and evaluated the unit once again. He had previously told me the unit I had was almost gone, and his current visit confirmed that assessment.
He essentially pronounced my heat pump dead on arrival!
Then we moved to the discussion about a replacement unit, which, after some consideration, I opted to do.
Sweet Life HC was able to schedule me for a complete replacement within days. That crew arrived promptly on a rainy day and got to work. These guys—three of them—were pleasant to chat with, seemed very knowledgeable, and did a very nice job of installation. They had everything done before 6 p.m. and even cleaned up after themselves.
I had been dealing with another large local HVAC company for years, which I knew was grossly overcharging me. Once they quoted me $374 to replace a thermostat and a capacitor. I purchased that capacitor for $18 and the thermostat for $40!
The folks at Sweet Life HC gave me a quote for a high-efficiency heat pump replacement that I thought was reasonable. I checked the price for the unit I was purchasing later that evening and to my surprise, it cost close to the price they guaranteed with their quote!
Wow and Wow! If you don't hire these folks to do your repairs, you may just be making a big mistake!

Jay showed up exactly when he said he would. He was very thorough when checking exactly the measurements he needed to determine what I needed for a complete replacement of my furnace and air conditioner. He explained warranties, cost, and any options I had in great detail. There was absolutely no pressure on me, whatever, to buy. Also, there was no attempt to sell me anything other than what I needed. I was truly impressed with Jay and what he represented. He showed the utmost respect to me and showed a genuine interest in my situation.
Great company and great people! Adam came out and did a great job on repairing my A/C ! Professional and all around a nice guy! This company is my go to company when ever I have any issues! And will continue to use them!
Restarted the air conditioner
A/C went out on a super hot weekend. Mark the technician came out on a Monday and worked in the rain to get us up and running again. He did a great job of explaining the problem and diagnosed it quickly. Great customer service

Had Alex in today for annual tune-up. He was professional and also super friendly. Explained everything he was going to do and then gave me a clear explanation at the end of the status of the system. Highly recommend Sweet Life for all your HVAC needs!
Mark was wonderful today. He patiently explained what was going on with my furnace and AC. He had a sweet and calming presence to him, which is fitting for the name of the company! My spouse and I ended up agreeing we need to replace our unit and Sweet Life provided complimentary refrigerant until the install date. I really appreciated the work that Mark did for us today!
I have dealt with a lot of different contractors and service companies over the years. I have had some good experiences and some bad ones. Fortunately all of my experiences with Poston Brothers/Sweet Life have been good. Mark was exceptional in explaining everything.

Malice and Mark came out and installed our new A/C system. They were thorough and explained everything they were doing and gave me a walkthrough when they were finished.

Sweet Life has consistently provided us with good value, exceptional customer service, and quality products for as long as we've been customers (almost 5 years now). Mark always does a fantastic job. We know we are never being "sold" on something we don't need or want, and are always given plenty of explanation of our options and pricing. They really do their best for their members. We are always able to get appointments when we need them.
