Furnace went out at 10am. Called Sweet Life at 11am. Mark showed up at 12pm. Furnace was fixed and cleaned by 5:30pm. Mark was extremely professional, explaining everything he was doing and why. Sweet Life was prompt, professional, and performed the furnace repair to satisfaction. Thank you.
Sweet Life has consistently provided us with good value, exceptional customer service, and quality products for as long as we've been customers (almost 5 years now). Mark always does a fantastic job. We know we are never being "sold" on something we don't need or want, and are always given plenty of explanation of our options and pricing. They really do their best for their members. We are always able to get appointments when we need them.

Same day called and received an estimate by Dave. Had multiple questions regarding a HVAC, thermostat, and separate split HVAC. Dave patiently answered all concerns, gave solutions, and estimates. I signed up for twice a year inspection and will purchase ductwork cleaning after he showed me the build up in my 140 yr old home. Thx Dave. Highly recommend and will be using again.
